The service

Tally gives a shop's authorized team read-only access to a copy of the shop's point-of-sale data through AI assistants. Answers are generated by third-party AI providers and can be wrong; check important numbers in your point-of-sale system before acting on them.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you're authorized to connect the shop's account and to let the people you invite see its data. You're responsible for the AI assistant accounts your team uses.

Third-party services

Tally depends on your point-of-sale provider's API. If that provider changes or ends API access, parts of the service may stop working. Tally is not affiliated with or endorsed by Lightspeed Commerce Inc.

Billing and cancellation

Billed monthly per shop location as agreed. Cancel anytime; service runs to the end of the period paid.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months before a claim.
